Practical Information
Clear answers about cost, insurance, location, and scheduling — so the only thing left to think about is you.
Fees & Insurance
per 50-minute session
I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly — but many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their plan's out-of-network benefits.
Paying privately gives you more flexibility and privacy in your care. If you'd like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, I'm glad to provide a superbill — just know your insurer will typically require a mental health diagnosis on that paperwork. Many clients choose to pay privately instead, which means your care stays between the two of us, on a pace and frequency shaped entirely around what you need.
At the end of each month, I can provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Here's how the process typically works:
Location & Accessibility
Conveniently located in Federal Way, just minutes from I-5 and Highway 18, with free parking and easy access for clients throughout South King County and Pierce County.
Meet from wherever is easiest for you, over a secure video platform.
Visit the Federal Way office for a face-to-face session in a calm, private space.
Sessions run 50 minutes. Many clients move between virtual and in-person depending on their week.
